I need help

I've been through the site directions for slipstreaming a win xp sp3 cd with hotfixes, etc ...

I set my username to michael in the oobeinfo.ini file but after install, my user profile is michael.pc, making the things i setup in the $doc folder not go in the right place. Does anyone have an idea what i've done wrong or how to correct it?

Any help would be appreciated.

You cannot integrate $DOCS directly into a user account that does not yet exist. Windows will see an existing folder and avoid using it (thus defaulting to micheal.pc)

The work-around is either to make you changes to the Default User profile or the All Users profile.
