windows 7 aplication slipstrem

hello,i have a question

i want to make my own dvd with windows seven and i've figured out how to slipstream the drivers but i don't know how to slipstream de aplications (winamp,firefox,foxit reade,winrar and so on ),and another question:how can i remove the other windows 7 versions so it remains only the ultimate version?
