csuna Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 (edited) I came across a user's computer recently who has 11 different calendars up at any given time. He has to manage his counselors and create appts for them all day long. When he initially starts outlook, viewing all the calendars in side-by-side view, he can't see anything on their calendars. If he opens the calendar in a new window it fully populates with all the information stored for that day, and then and only then, can he see everything when he puts the calendar back in side-by-side view. I can't find any solutions to this other than have him open each calendar individually every time he needs to make a change in order to make sure nothing new has been so he doesn't double book.
