how to add manufacturer and oem logo in windows XP x 64

i try add to windows\system32 (SysWOW64) folder

oeminfo.ini

[General]

Manufacturer=

[support Information]

; Info appears staggered here, but is lined up in actual display

Line1 = Manufacturer

Line2 = adress

Line3 = adress

Line4 = adress

Line5 =

Line6 = www.

Line7 =

Line8 = Tel.:

Line9 = Mobil.:

or add to registry :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OEMInformation

this is have no any effect...

any idea how to add OEM information and Logo?
