WINLPCFG in WINPE 3.0

Hi, has anyone been able to get WINLPCFG to work in Winpe 3.0? I have downloaded the executable and dll from Emulex website (http://www.emulex.com/downloads/emulex/cnas-and-hbas/utilities/offline-utilities/winpe-offline-utility.html) When I try to start the utility it won´t start with error message No driver installed. Error 1! I have added latest storport drivers to my Winpe image.

Any ideas?

what model of emulex cards?

it looks like the smartstart scripting toolkit where it's just a bunch of little utilties.
