Skype and SoundMax Internal Sound Card?

Has anyone heard of issues With Skype and Sound Max Digital Audio HD? I can hear All sounds perfectly on my Computer and Via Internet Websites, but I cannot hear anything via Skype. I have gone through all of the trouble shooters, uploaded the latest version of Skype and Audio Drivers, Even upoaded new Version of Driver for Video Camera, Mic Works Fine, Video and Bandwdth not an issue... I am completely puzzled!
