Excel 2003 always ask to open in safe mode

Hi All,

Now I am stuck up with one issue with Excel 2003. Whenever I open it always ask that whether you want to open the Excel in safe mode. If I click both option I can be able to open but it annoying the users. Even I uninstalled and reinstalled the office but no luck.

This issue occured after installing excel 2007 on that server (W2K3). Now I have uninstalled that but no luck. Seems to be some of the reg key got corrupted after excel 2007 installation. Can someone help on this?

Even I googled and tried in different way but no luck
