how to arrange toolbar's layout automatically?

Hello everyone! I have a problem when i customized Windows XP,hoping to get help:

I would like to automatically install QTAddressBar(a tool like StyleToolBar) and arrange the layout of the toolbar,how to achieve through the registry,or there're other solutions?
