Remote Access Policy(only allow Lan connection)

How I setup a Remote Access Policy to allow only LAN connection?

I have a small business server 2003.

I am able to "Remote Desktop Connection" to the server from WAN.

Right now, I don't want any connection from WAN being able to connection to the server.

Only LAN can remote desktop to server. How can I setup the policy without using ISA?
