ICS on my Lan

Hi all, In XP, I just tell my main card to allow Internet connection sharing and its done. I've done the same thing in Win7, however, the Network Centre says otherwise?

Google didn't help much. This is a basic setup using 2 Nics and a 5 port hub. Please, don't suggest Routers.
