Hello all, I've got a weird problem that I have not been able to fix using my own abilities so here I am. Scoured Google with no luck as well. Thanks for any help/input in advance!

The problem: Windows 7 Home Premium Explorer.exe crashes on right-click, closing an explorer window, opening and then closing the start menu. Sometimes it works as advertised, sometimes not. I checked my event log and found that the following 3 errors correspond to the explorer crashes, though they never all appear at the same time:

This has been fixed by backing up the documents in the username I was using, deleting the username, restarting, and creating a new username. My wife's username was not experiencing the problem(which should have clued me in in the first place.) Thanks MagicAndre1981.
