NT4 Server - how to set hard drive inactivity power-down?

Is there a way to set the drives to power down after so many minutes of inactivity in NT4 Server?

There is no "power saving" menu when I right-click the desktop and bring up the properties (that's where I usually find that setting on other versions of Windows).
