Outlook error message

Hi

I am using 2007 version of office and recently I experienced some email problems. They were sorted but since then the following message appears on the top of some of my emails when I send them out

1024x768 Clean false false false EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4.

Does anyone know what it means and more importantly how to stop it happening.
