WMP freezes and wont play any media, at first.

Windows media player stops workin, but it only does it first time you open a media file, but if i close the WMP then open the media file again it works ok.

This is the event:

This is a Vista Home Premium SP1

Did you check it out in "The Problem Reports and Solutions Control Panel" ?

Is Windows up to date?
