Vista new generation tcp stack

Hi,

I was interested in the tcp stack of vista which throws error or hangs up.

There have been issues suggested to solve the problem just turn the autotuning off by this command:

netsh interface tcp set global autotuning = disabled

I am interested in duplicating the problem to the extent when the os actually halts or slows down ...

can anyone please guide me about the pc settings in this case ; bandwidth, delay, packet loss, mtu, etc where they have experienced this issue.
