Share folders in working hours?

Hi, I think it's plausible that an organisation would want to be able to allow access to shared folders at given times of the day but I'm unable to find any options

in Windows Server 2003 that accomodates this?

I'm in an Active Directory environment and simply want to share a folder between say 3pm and 4pm mon-fri

Is there a simple way that I'm missing or do I have to start batch file and script writing to achieve my task?
