Adjust taskbar icons to 'Hide/Show/Hide When Inactive'

Hi All,

Why when I adjust my taskbar icons to 'Hide/Show/Hide When Inactive,' some settings will readjust back after a startup. Case in point is the icon, "Windows has blocked some startup items." I've adjusted this icon to hide a dozen times and it always resets itself to 'Show'.

Where is the registry entries for these choices?
