Custom gadgets white interface problem

Hello;

Most of custom gadgets downloaded from microsofts gadget side have the white interface problem.

Please check out the image, you'll understand.

It occurred with the new format and clean vista install. Before that sidebar was just fine. Also this is a hp laptop and always formatted from its recovery drive, not any different Vista dvds.

Any suggestions about a solution or a reason why it's happening?
