In your CD or setup files folder there is a folder SUPPORT\TOOLS. In there you will see a deploy.cab. Extract that cab somewhere and run setupmgr.exe. It will create an answer file that can be used to avoid setup screens. Once you have created the file, rename it to winnt.sif. Place it in the i386 folder, make your ISO and burn it.

You can also use nLite to do this which will do the winnt.sif, creating image and even burning if you want.

For reference or if you want to do it manually see: http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/19/

Thanks -x- for your answer, I prefer to do it with Nlite, the other way(s) look little complicate.

Please advice me how to do it VIA Nlite.

Thanks again
