Utility to hide/remove icons from the system tray

I'd like to know if there's a program, reg tweak that can make some windows XP system tray icons to not be displayed on the system tray, while the program is still running, kind of like a 'Boss Key'... To prevent other users of the same computer from closing the program.

Any help will be greatly appreciated....
