Termsrv.dll patch for win7 rtm

I know there is a termsrv patch (to allow multiple concurrent sessions) for windows 7 rc but the author has stopped updating his app because of china blocking his webhost. Is there an updated tool out there anywhere?

Wouldn't it be better to use a server OS if you're using your box as a server? Technically hacking a client OS to behave as a server OS (at least a Terminal Server) is legal grey area, at least in the US.
