The Ultimate WinXP Project

I want to put together the ultimate Windows XP> What I mean by that is an XP that just installs and when I load it it looks like a regular windows bit will play/run anything I put on it.

So I need some help. What is needed?

Start of XP SP3

Then all the hotfixes but I know some of when people do these Hotfix packs there is still some missing. I want every single hotfix ever created for windows xp sp1/sp2/sp3. Manual or automatic I dont care.

Then runtimes. I want every runtime on the planet no matter how old so they can be sorted and put on so that no matter what you install it aint gonna moan about missing dlls.

Net frameworkm flash shockwave silverlight c++ libraries

and there must be more.
