proper way of Runonce

Hello everyone. I am recreating my unattended xp cds and i have a folder in the root of the cd called DOTNET, and I need to run a batch file called dnetinst.bat

how do i do this the proper way?

also How do I reintergrate the Get Microsoft Update link on the windows update page it has been to long. I also searched and cannot find it.

i would recommend playing in the $oem$ folder, not the root of the disc.
