Troubel with $oem$ folder

I'v got some problem with my $oem$ folder...

I have e Windows Xp unattended installation from a Networkdrive (NOVELL)

Everything works fine, but the setup doesn't copy de $oem$\$1 folder.

The $oem$ folder is in the same directory as i386 (...\XPCD\I386 and ...\XPCD\$oem$\$1)

In the winnt.sif I have these Options:

UnattendMode=FullUnattended

Repartition=NO

OemSkipEula=Yes

OemPreinstall=Yes

ExtendOemPartition=12000

Filesystem=ConvertNTFS

TargetPath=\Windows

UnattendSwitch=YES

DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore

WaitForReboot=NO

OemPnPDriversPath="\drivers\"

LocalSourceOnCD = 1

Probably it's a simply failure, but i have no idea...

Have anybody some solution for my problem?
