Icons on desktop through command

How to show My computer and my networks on the desktop using command or making changes in the registry. i want this to make it automated

What do you mean by automated?

Do you want it to be the same for evey user on that pc?

I know a while I used the registry key that would show classic start menu on Vista and it would make Computer,Network Places, %userprofile% folder appear on the desktop, but Im not sure what happens with it now.

Changing into classic will help me... let me know how you did it by using registry

NoSimpleStartMenu : Disabling it will force the Classic Start Menu

So try adding that to the registry, this will not give you the Classic Start Menu in win7, but it should give you your desktop icons
