Vista explorer errors

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has encountered a problem like this:

I am having explorer.exe problems where it continually crashes and then restarts. I logged onto safe mode and using task manager I turned explorer off and am running spyware software to check for problems. Anyone else seen this??

looks like a bad shell extension. When explorer crashes follow this guide to get it analyzed:
