How to run cmdlines.txt/runceonceex.cmd

How do I tell setup to run cmdlines.txt from a different folder?

Let's say i have a 2nd custom install located in $OEM1$ folder besides the one in $OEM$, how to prevent windows setup to use the $OEM$ instead of $OEM1$?
