Few weird new Bugs

Since a few days i got 2 bugs i know from:

1. Visit Windows Update says me i have to install 1 new Update (Defender) but when i want to know which and klick onto the label to show me the updates it just display a empty page! Same with disabled updates. I disabled all 40 Langpacks but now it doesnt show any of them there!

2. Systemrating not available! The Overview of my computer says that the system-rating is not available.. so i just re-performed the scan and it still doesn't display anything! Seems that the Pictures are missing because the text is there!

Both worked few days before!

i'm working on 7 x64 RC1. Installed and working on it since end of April
