DreamSkape Posted May 30, 2009 Share Posted May 30, 2009 Hi,Try to install the updates from the Windows Update Site. If sucess, you must be missing any components of which, I do not have much idea. However, if you are not able to install from the website as well, chances are that your computer is carrying Conficker. In the latter case, you can visit http://support.microsoft.com/kb/962007 to get more info on the virus, its prevention, and removal using the MSRT tool.
