XP SP1 'Modded', launch failed

Hiho,

Finished one of my 'experiments' (XP with Sp1 & appz & drivers).

Following one of the suggests in the Unattended Guide, i removed the Win9xmig,Win9xupg & Winntupg folders, as well as the Lang folder.

Then I started the installation.

During the setup progress i get 3 times the error message about an unfound file (timedate.cpl,networkw.chm,tshoot.chm): once installation has been completed, I tried to enter Windows but I can only see the Windows XP logo, after which the screen remained black; nothing more happened.

What's wrong?
