postinstall unattended loopback driver

Hello ,

I'm working on some special configurations,

and i would need to intall a new hardware AFTER the windows installation is done , cause it should not be applied on all machines... (it means it should not be done through the windows unattended installation).

the hardware is : Microsoft Loopback Adapter

the normal manual process is :

-> Control Panel -> Add New Hardware -> Add New Hardware Device -> Install Hardware Manually (Advanced) -> Network Adapters -> Microsoft -> Microsoft Loopback Adapter -> FINISH

and then configure the new adapter manualy...

So i'd like to know if i can unattend this steps without external thirdparty.

maybe something similar to this one which allow to add windows components.
