Tablet PC help

Okay, I am a newbie so please excuse any dumb qustions/comments i might make...

Basically, I have a Motion Computing LE1600 Tablet PC that i have to do a clean install on. The only problem is, I have no clue how to go about doing this. The only product key i have is the one that is on the sticker on the back of the pc, but i do have a windows xp pro cd with a working product key (if that even helps anything?) I also have all the drivers i need for the pc on my computer. So basically what I am asking for is a tutorial on how to create a bootable cd of XP Tablet PC 2005?

Oh and because of some circumstances, I cant get past the login screen on the tablet pc, so doing any work on the actual pc itself is impossible.
