MSN 2009 error code 800401f3 (xp x64)

I think some of you saw the topic where I asked for "all programs" help and that I had some problems and this is the last problem I need to solve but I haven't done it yet because I don't now anymore what should I try to do,

It looks like this:

You see that the error is "800401f3" , and some of you will answer use google, and I did, I think I tried everything, I tried to: 1. Reinstall MSN

2. Install another version

3. I tried this

4. I tried to scan the PC with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Kaspersky Internet Security and I deleted all the viruses but nothing, it still doesn't work...
