this is what i have in my autoexec.bat

never mind i got it i had assumed that

path=%RAMD%:\;a:\;%CDROM%:\SETUP\WIN98SE\win98\OEMSETUP.EXE

was 1 line insteadt of 2

path=%RAMD%:\;a:\;%CDROM%:\SETUP\WIN98SE\win98\

OEMSETUP.EXE

guess thats why they say dont assume anything
