companyweb suddenly stopped working

Hi there,

I am running SBS2003 R2 with wss3.0 installed as per these instructions, alongside wss2.0 according to these instructions, The Schlog of sbs 2003, everything was working fine till i re-ran CEICW, which results in the server being unable to access the companyweb, and clients having "Cannot connect to the configuration database. For tips on troubleshooting this error, search for article 823287 in the Microsoft Knowledge Base at http://support.microsoft.com."

I ran through all the possible problems as per the article but to no avail.
