Begin installation and at first screen go to your temp folder (C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\Local Settings\Temp) and grab from there the .msi file (SBVIPRE_EN.msi).

SBVIPRE_EN.msi /qb! /norestart

or

SBVIPRE_EN.msi /qn /norestart
