Can You Put Drivers In Cab And Load Them In Factory Mode?

Just wondering if it is possible for me to put driver files in a cab and have sysprep factory mode pick that up. I have been having some problems with it. The error message in the event viewer states that it could not install the device because prompts have been suppressed.

Any insight? Need more information? Please let me know. I'm trying to get this finalized for my company, since we have NO efficient means of deployment
