Configure OEM XP Install during startup

I need a way to take a new PC that has XP Pro preinstalled and complete the following task unattended.

1. Answer all the startup questions i.e. Computer name, Administrator password, workgroup, etc...

2. Configure the desktop i.e. Display settings (size ex. 1024x758), wallpaper, desktop icons.

3. Copy to and install Virtual PC

4. Copy VM files.

The sytems can be netwroked if that provides the solution.

Anyone got any ideas?

AutoIT scripts may be worth a look, not the most elegant solution but should do the job
