Universal Silent Switch Finder

I've been trying to create some nLite addons but am not sure how to code the silent switches for different installers. I found this but the link on here is dead; however I downloaded it from "Rapid Share", one of those file-losting websites where you have to wait 30 seconds before the download starts, unless you pay a subscription. Why are so many of these files hosted on that type of website? When I wanted to download nlite addons which were made by other people, I clicked on a link and got a site which you have to be a member of, and they are always full of adware.

I've just noticed you can add attachments but it's a 690kb file.
