Welcome the the forum montech! :hello:

Do I understand correctly from your topic title and post, that you are running an MS-DOS windows within Windows 95?

If this is the case, then the Windows mouse driver will emulate a DOS mouse driver for any DOS windows.

If a DOS application detects the mouse driver (emulated), then it will enable the mouse functions and the mouse 'cursor' character will appear on the screen.

You would need to look at the settings of the DOS application to attempt to disable the mouse usage.

If the DOS application works as a window rather than full screen (Alt-Enter), then it will not display an additional cursor.
