Office 2003 SP3 from CD

I created the file ".MST" to install Office 2003 SP3.

During the installation from the DVD the process asks me the Office Cd (using %CDROm% variable), but not so when I install from "%systemdrive%" (using the folder $OEM$ works well).

How can I fix it?.
