[problem] xp sp3 sound device dissapper

I searched internet, google, forums and this forum but I cant found a solution for my problem. ( maybe I dont see and miss it. if it anyone can give me links. thanks ) I added sp3 tr to my windows xp sp2 tr. it is added with no problem. I installed all drivers and UAA. Everything ok. I using winamp, games or anything with sound. But suddenly in audio device settings become gray and it say no sound device but my sound device installed and I saw no problem. Any started new sound program after that they cant working or say no sound device BUT if I dont close other programs working before disappering continue working and I can hear sound coming from them.

Anyone can help ? I getting crayz this problem for weeks. I think I install sp2 or vista ( I hate it )
