add commands to command bar

i've read this blog post on how to add your own commands: http://www.aeroxp.org/2008/06/custom-explorer-buttons/

.. I just need to know the names/syntax of a few commands.

I want to add "Properties" and "Delete" commands for files and folders. Could someone help me out? I'm using Vista x64 if that matters..
