Hello everyone!

I tried to make a customized nlite install with a Japanese version of windows, but no matter what I did, I always got a BSOD on install. "Page fault" "win32k.sys" error. Really nasty and I could never finish the install.

I found the solution to the problem on this page:

The problem seems to be with the winnt.sif file generation. In the Regional Settings section, it looks like:

[RegionalSettings]
LanguageGroup=7
Language= "0411"

but if you edit it to look like:

[RegionalSettings]
Language= "0411"

then you can do the install normally.

To fix, basically after all the files are generated but before ISO image creation, manually edit the winnt.sif file in the "i386" folder with a text editor as shown above. Save the file the and start the ISO generation process.
