Can I change/set these options?

Can I:

Have SNMP "Management and Monitoring Tools" installed, from Windows Components Wizard?

Remove "Networking Services", also from Windows Components Wizard?

Have "Show Quick Launch Icons" ON for the Task Bar?

Have "Show icon notification area when connected" for LAN?

Rename "Local Disk" (C:) to "System" (C:)?

Have my own "OEMINFO.INI" and "OEMLOGO.BMP" in the c:\windows\system32 directory?

Any help on these things is MUCH appreciated thanks!
