Visual Studio Setup Project.

I've logged onto an user account (no admin rights), and run cmd with admin rights, then installed a package created by Visual Studio Setup Project.

One of the tasks created in Setup Project is creating a shortcut on the desktop.

The installation is finished without any problems, it creates the shortcut (at least something which should be a shortcut).

The thing is, when I click the created shortcut, it tries to install something and it finishes with error message saying the installation cannot be finished, and a valid copy of the app package cannot be found.

Other thing, if the tool isnt run from account having admin rights, the directory set in Setup Project to be created are not created. In other words, I have to logon to admin account and click one of the shortcuts, then it installs all the missing functionality and since then, works fine.

Any clue, how to avoid such behaviour ?
