Outlook '07 won't install

Hi,

Trying to setup Outlook 2007 which has installed but everytime I try and open it to set up it tells me that it is missing a Data File which is used for sending and recieving mail? I follow the instructions on screen to set this up but it won't allow me. I haven't used Outlook for a longtime so don't have any pre-saved mail I need to import, I just want to link to my new POP mail account.
