Does Win2003 SP2 overwrite more recent security patches...?

Hi All,

Hopefully an easy little question... I have some Win2003 servers which need to be upgraded to SP2. The servers have already been patched with the MS08-067 and MS09-001 critical patches. My question is that will these patches need re-applying after the Service Pack has been installed? Or will the SP installer not overwrite newer files?
