Neighbor Starting business

So my dad wanted to get some opinions on this and know theres a ton of people here so, I also know that this this site has nothing to do with this but its just for an opinion

I have a question concerning property value; I live in the VT area. My neighbor whom which we share a driveway, is about to start a dog kennel and grooming service out of her new addition. They already have 3 dogs so they have 5 kennels set up. So we could see maybe as many as 9 to 10 dogs. My question is can or will this affect my resale value of my home when I decide to sell in a year or two. Can you help? This is for personal information not for any legal matter or use, just looking to see if it would affect my resale value.
