Outlook 2003 Address Book Not Found

We are using Outlook 2003 in a small business network. We are also using OsaSync to share contacts (contacts only). I am trying to set up Distribution Lists and anytime I click on the Address Book button (either in pull down menu or within contact record) I get a blank form with no available options.

If I try to "find" I get a message that "you must have a address list to search in. If you don't have an address list, contact your Exchange service administrator.

I am also contacting Osasync (Vaita) to see if this related to using their product but I would appreciate any feedback
